June 10 – June 14, 2024
Our exciting Scuba VBS event is coming this summer! From June 10th to June 14th, from 9 am to noon each day for children aged between 3 years old and 5th grade.
We have an amazing crew of nearly 50 volunteers working to bring VBS to life this year, and there’s always room for a few more! In fact, here are a few specific needs:
- substitute crew leader (specifically for Friday, the 14th)
- actors for our opening skits (2 girls and 1 boy role)
- preschool god sightings and Bible verse leader
- crew leader assistants
Volunteer Orientation is on June 2nd. Even if you didn’t sign up to volunteer, you are welcome to come to this meeting to find a spot where you can help make the magic for these wonderful children.
VBS Workdays are Jun 3 – 7. We’ll be sorting decorations and getting everything set up and ready to go!
We no longer need recycled materials. Thank you to all who contributed and worked to make the props/sets! We do still have an Amazon Wishlist for a few other supply items if you would like to contribute to this year’s VBS through your gifts.
