MLC Family Night: Wheelchair Soccer

We would love for you to join us on April 10th from 5:30-7:30 for our next family fun event!

The Engman Family is leading this joyous gathering in celebration of their son, Sam, and God’s gift of life to the fullest. Sam loved wheelchair soccer while he was with us, so it is fitting for us to celebrate his first year in heaven this Easter Season by joining in on his beloved hobby.

Soccer will take place from 5:30-6:30 in the gym using a mixture of wheelchairs and office chairs. All ages can play this game! You can push, or you can ride, and anyone can cheer!

When soccer is over, we will move outside to the playground area for a burger & hot dog picnic (weather permitting). Memorial will provide the meat and buns.

Please help round out our dinner by bringing a side or dessert to the picnic. We could also use some grill masters to help us make the burgers or buns. Please sign up to help so that we can make good plans. Thank you!
