LAF Talks Heart Health

February is American Heart Month. It’s a time to raise awareness about heart disease. We will have a guest speaker, Jay Barrera – the Battalion Chief of EMS Training at Harris County Emergency Services #48. He will give us First Aid advice on what to do if we think we might be having a heart attack or someone we’re with is having one. There should be time for questions, and it will be very informative. Many thanks to Marilyn for securing our speaker. He is a friend of the Gandre’s.

Also, we will be having Jason’s Deli. We need to pre-order, so forms will be available at church on Feb 4th & Feb 11th to sign up!
