Let’s Chat
With the busy schedules of our students and in order to make time to connect with families, I’d like to pause our Sunday evening gatherings through the end of the school year. In place of this, I would like to start meeting directly with families.
I would love to simply spend time reconnecting with you, talking about your students’ dreams, your hopes for them, and any possible concerns. Also, to explore with you what your students’ role is within the youth ministry, a role that uniquely matches their time, capacity, giftedness, and interests. Beyond reconnecting, my hope is to listen well and partner with some in creating a solid summer & fall plan for youth ministry.
We can meet after Worship on Sunday mornings starting in June, or we can meet on Sunday afternoon/evenings starting on May 1st. We can meet over dinner, over coffee, or simply some other time during the day. I’m also available at other times during the week too if Sundays simply don’t work best for you. My wife and I would love to have you over for dinner sometime if you’re up for it.
Let Nathan know when and where works best for you.
Partners in Youth Ministry
I would love your wisdom in making decisions for what is best for your students, partnering with parents in these areas:
- advising on curriculum and teaching topic choices
- Event planning
- teaching/mentoring roles
- big picture planning as we look towards the whole next year and future years
If you are interested or even just curious about what this would look like, reach out to Nathan.
