This Sunday, August 28, 2022, we are having an official ribbon cutting and revealing our newly renovated Youth Room! The youth are helping to put on this party for the congregation, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
Beyond celebrating with cookies and punch, there will be an opportunity to write an encouragement prayer/verse on a canvas, suggest names for the new room, and more. The youth & staff have compiled a list of items we want to add to our Youth space to make it a welcoming and functional space for our youth ministry activities, learning, and growth!
Supplies:
- Paper towels & holder
- Napkins
- Paper plates
- Plasticware (forks, spoons, knives) & a plasticware holder for serving
- Dish soap, drain rack, sponges
- Dish towels (and a volunteer to help keep them laundered)
- Disposable drinking cups
- K-Cups for Keurig (variety)
- Creamer, sweeteners, stirring straws
- Snacks and drinks
Monetary donations can be made towards past renovation expenses, a coffee table, end tables, wall décor, other furniture, electronics/TVs, board games, microwave, and improved wifi access.
